Reducing stress at work can be addressed in 3 stages:
1. Creating a work environment in which the likelihood of being too
stressed is minimal
2. Perceiving signals of excessive stress and preventing burnout
3. Curing burnout and other consequences of excessive stress
In this workshop, we focus on the first stage.
By acquiring the understandings provided in this workshop,
participants should be able to prevent experiencing excessive stress.
Participants will learn how to identify healthy from unhealthy stress
factors. In addition, they will learn how to organize their work conditions
in order to enjoy performing at their best.
